Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Tableau report building, customization, and dashboard publishing
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce administration
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated Tableau dashboards and reports for operational insights
• Build and maintain applications on Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Establish and implement best practices for Salesforce application development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Product, Customer Support, and Engineering
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems
