Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales cloud, Service cloud and Integration required
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Architect as well as experience integrating with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
• Ability to coach, guide and mentor a small CRM team (approximately 2-3 team members)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions
• Maintain a flexible work environment to facilitate quick responses to changing project requirements
• Manage daily support and maintenance of the internal Salesforce.com instance
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that the Salesforce environment supports needs relating to functionality and performance
