Join Rulaβs Enterprise Applications team as a Salesforce Technical Architect, leading the architectural vision across the Salesforce ecosystem (Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and a multi-instance environment). Define and drive the integration strategy, guide scalable solution design, and enable high-quality DevOps practices. Partner with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable systems. Shape the future of enterprise tooling at a company focused on improving mental health access. This role requires deep experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and advanced knowledge of Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will also have experience in multi-instance Salesforce environments and familiarity with HIPAA-compliant environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working in Salesforce as a Technical Architect or a combination of Architect and Developer roles
- Deep experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using tools like iPaaS, custom APIs, or ETL pipelines
- Strong understanding of environment and release management, including version control best practices and CI/CD deployment methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Flow, and design patterns for scalable development
- Extensive experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components), JavaScript, and front-end technologies such as HTML

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-instance Salesforce environments, particularly leveraging Health Cloud and Data Cloud
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant or other regulated environments, including best practices for data privacy and security
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect) or willingness to obtain them upon hire
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and supporting teams through process transitions
