Associate IT Analyst

Summary

Join NeuraFlash as an Associate IT Analyst and contribute to a dynamic, remote-first environment. You will be responsible for onboarding/offboarding support, process improvement, project management, and providing technical support for complex applications. Requirements

• 1+ years of IT experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Attentiveness to detail – show initiative
• Customer service excellence – must be happy to solve IT problems with a smile
• Understanding of MacOS and Macbook devices, Google Workspace (G-Suite), Atlassian Product Stack and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Mosyle MDM
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors and service providers
• Awesome verbal and written communication skills, attentiveness to detail – show initiative
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors and service providers

Responsibilities

• Help in setting up new hardware/software and access for new hires in a 100% remote workforce environment
• Effectively challenge current processes and develop novel approaches
• Determine project deadlines and objectives with management
• Provide support of complex applications and special projects within NeuraFlash
• Develop solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors across multiple platforms
• Implement projects in support of internal corporate infrastructure
• Support and train users on hardware systems and software applications
• Advise and make recommendations on equipment and software application purchases
• Provide statistics for measuring technical services
