Summary

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for coordinating technical and non-technical teams through a clear, structured approach
  • Proven ability to leverage advanced AI tools to enhance productivity by up to 5x
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, including direct customer interaction and relevant certifications
  • Expertise in facilitating customer workshops and leading Agile project management
  • Strong knowledge of Web services, APIs, and integration design
  • Proficiency in data modeling, data analytics, data cleansing, and report creation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently
  • Keen attention to detail in user demonstrations and documentation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, scoping, development, configuration, and delivery of tailored solutions within diverse customer Salesforce environments
  • Apply your expert-level skills while learning and mastering new innovative approaches to drive consistent, impactful customer success
  • Use AI-driven strategies to deliver tailored solutions that enhance clients' application experiences and business performance
  • Drive impactful outcomes by building strong relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, actively managing project scoping and overseeing full-cycle execution to ensure measurable success
  • Define user stories, journey maps, wire-frame mockups, process flowcharts, and data models
  • Lead project kickoffs, manage key phases, and coordinate communications with stakeholders for complex, multi-phase engagements
  • Conduct product configuration workshops to assess and model customer products and needs
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, that seamlessly integrate with Expedite Commerce and contribute to sustained customer success
  • Ensure solutions promote simplicity, efficiency, and align with established architectural standards
  • Configure products using intuitive drag-and-drop or upload tools
  • Plan, define, and manage customer release processes
  • Deliver user documentation, conduct training, and address other key implementation needs
  • Monitor and assess customer adoption of tools, proactively suggesting and implementing follow-on projects to enhance success
  • Scope and write User Stories for subsequent project phases
