Requirements

  • Hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or equivalent
  • Possess over 4 years of experience in Salesforce Core Clouds, demonstrating technical acumen and a passion for innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for Salesforce CRM and digital transformations, along with comprehensive knowledge of configuration options and automation capabilities within Salesforce Core Clouds
  • Fluent in both business German and English, with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERP, Legacy Systems, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Undertake the role of technofunctional consultant in our engagements, providing expert advice to clients on the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
  • Analyze, design & implement crossplatform features around Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud including connected systems and help our clients to leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform
  • Summarize and navigate complex issues towards resolution, engaging various client stakeholders, including up to C-level executives
  • Manage a diverse range of responsibilities within customer projects, including leading workshops, assessing the technofunctional realization of customer requirements, overseeing the design and implementation process, and serving as a liaison between clients and our development teams
  • Contribute to internal practice development initiatives, such as mentoring, recruitment, business development, marketing, pre-sales activities, and other areas where you can make an impact

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant industry experience in: Travel & Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods
