Salesforce Consultant

Summary

Join NeuraFlash, a leading AI and Salesforce innovator, as a Sales Cloud Consultant to contribute to their Lead-to-Cash team. You will be responsible for implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud projects, working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, engage with exciting clients, and collaborate with Salesforce and AI experts. You will have the chance to own requirement execution for projects, ensuring that client objectives are met with effective solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the Salesforce platform, along with experience in project management, discovery, and design.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project experience in a hands-on position
• 2+ years of implementation experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• Understanding of basic Sales, Sales Operations, RevOps, and Business Operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
• Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
• Client Facing Experience in the following areas: Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture

Responsibilities

• Work with our customers to define requirements, and propose & deliver solutions related to their Sales processes
• Support architecture and own configuring best-in-class implementations of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Configure Salesforce Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform eg.  Visual Flows
• Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
• Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
• Quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of the latest Salesforce features and major launches

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Salesforce Certifications is a Plus, preferably Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
• Attention towards detail
• Strong team player
• Great communication skills
• Keep an open mind and be flexible to change
