Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Admin or similar role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and customization, including workflows, approval processes, and templates
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce CPQ system, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to gather requirements and implement CPQ solutions that meet business needs
• Create and manage CPQ templates, approval processes, and workflows to streamline quoting and pricing operations
• Perform regular system audits and data integrity checks to ensure accurate and reliable CPQ data
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, providing timely support to end-users
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on CPQ functionalities and best practices
• Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ features and enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all CPQ activities
