Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

  • Redesign and implement role-based permission groups and profiles to support secure and scalable user access
  • Audit and optimize existing security groups, sharing rules, and permission structures to align with business roles and compliance standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a wide variety of Salesforce requests, including user management, issues, reporting, and data updates
  • Manage and monitor Salesforce license usage, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with contractual limits
  • Support Data Loader operations, including imports, exports, updates, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers to clarify requirements, test solutions, and ensure smooth deployments
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions
  • Contribute to the development of team processes, documentation, and best practices in a fast-evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with OwnBackup Archive or similar data storage/archiving tools
  • Experience with integrated applications such as Amazon Connect, Crossbeam, 6sense, Ironclad, Playvox, ASAPP or similar platforms

Benefits

  • $63,000 - $94,000 a year
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from$63000 - $94000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training
  • This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan
