Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required
- 2+ years of related experience
- Basic understanding of CRM principles and practices, preferably with exposure to Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software applications
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to Salesforce users, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them on how to effectively utilize Salesforce features and functionalities
- Assist in data entry, data cleansing, and data maintenance tasks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within the Salesforce system
- Generate standard reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights into key performance metrics, sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant business data
- Maintain documentation of Salesforce processes, workflows, and best practices, including user guides, training materials, and system configurations
- Support the teams cross functionally by conducting training sessions and onboarding new users to Salesforce, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively leverage the CRM system
- Assist in basic customization tasks within Salesforce, such as creating custom fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows, under the guidance of the Product team
- Conduct periodic quality checks on data, reports, and system configurations to identify any discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement, and take appropriate actions to address them
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and seamless flow of information across platforms
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to Salesforce implementation, upgrades, and enhancements, contributing ideas and support as needed to achieve project objectives
- Performs related duties as requested
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is strongly preferred
