Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer database management or a related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and ongoing maintenance to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of member information in Salesforce
  • Process new member/patient information and payments in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Ensure member data is correctly transferred and updated between Salesforce and Athena, Sollis Health’s EHS, to support a smooth onboarding experience
  • Assist the Member Services team with renewals, account updates, and payment processing
  • Partner with the Corporate and Medical Partnerships teams to ensure members have successful onboarding and proper invoicing
  • Provide training and support to team members, helping them understand Salesforce functionalities and best practices
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to Salesforce implementation, upgrades, and enhancements, contributing ideas and support as needed to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure operational best practices are followed and contribute to process improvements across the Membership team
  • Support with special projects and additional duties as needed, promoting cross-functional collaboration
  • Performs related duties as requested
