Salesforce Data Specialist

Summary

Join Procore’s Sales Team as a Salesforce Data Research Administrator and play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems. You will conduct research to verify and update Salesforce account information, identify and add new contacts, and regularly review data for accuracy and completeness. This role involves ensuring timely data entry, providing internal support, and collaborating with various departments to meet data needs. The position is based in Heredia, Costa Rica, but your interactions will primarily be in English. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data accuracy and process efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in research, data entry, document management, or a related field, preferably with Salesforce
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel
• Strong focus on accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in both written communication and data
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines
• Self-starter with enthusiasm for growth, able to adapt to new processes and updates quickly

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to verify and update existing Salesforce account information, including company details, industry classifications, and relevant contacts
• Identify and add new contacts to Salesforce, ensuring all necessary fields are populated with accurate information
• Regularly review Salesforce data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of account and contact information
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of researched data into Salesforce and other systems, adhering to established guidelines and data quality standards
• Validate data regularly to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness
• Provide internal support to other departments needing information on document control or Salesforce data
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to understand data needs and ensure that databases support business objectives
