Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Development Tools: Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning: Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning framework and the ability to develop and deploy custom Lightning components
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and understanding of relational databases and data models
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using tools like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or custom APIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, and Apex Triggers

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, third-party applications) using Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and middleware tools
  • Create and manage automation processes, including workflows, process builder, and flow automation, to streamline business operations
  • Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to fit specific business needs
  • Develop and manage solutions for data migration, data validation, and data integration across multiple platforms, ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting issues in the Salesforce environment, including bug fixes, performance optimization, and enhancements
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write unit tests for custom code and ensure proper testing of Salesforce solutions. Support deployments using Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce DX)
  • Document solutions, technical specifications, and code to ensure clear communication of designs and processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to enhance the development process and improve functionality
