Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience utilizing Salesforce
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce platform support to the Department of Health and Human Services
• Work closely with the client to support its instance of Salesforce as it facilities, modifies, and enhances its Salesforce environment
• Support the HHS Salesforce environment
• Modify and enhance the Salesforce environment
• Ability to personalize Salesforce based on client requirements
• Ability to enable Salesforce to allow for communication and collaboration
