Salesforce Engineer

Summary

The job involves working as a Salesforce Engineer on a 6-month contract, with a focus on CRM, CLM & CPQ business processes and advanced understanding of Salesforce CPQ application, SFDC toolkit, and APIs. The candidate should have strong communication skills, be self-directed, able to work with remote teams, and adaptable to change.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CPQ application coupled with a good understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and Field Service)
• Advanced understanding with SFDC took kit including Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, Javascript, LWC, Aura), Salesforce APIs (including XML, JSON, Postman)
• Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, security setup, views, and page layouts)
• Be self-directed, willing to take initiative, make decisions, and resolve issues
• The ability to work with remote teams is critical
