Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- 3+ years of experience working with Health Care companies and strong domain experty
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified
- Should have worked on at-least 1 industry cloud solution (Heatlth cloud or Life Science Cloud)
- Proficiency in Marketing Cloud Studios (Email, Mobile, Social, Advertising)
- Advanced knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Experience with data segmentation, audience building, and journey orchestration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of compliance and data privacy standards
Responsibilities
- Enhance marketing automation solutions using SFMC tools
- Create custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud using advanced programming techniques such as AMP script, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and SQL
- Configure and customize Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and more
- Create and manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Educate marketing teams on best practices and platform capabilities
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless platform usage
- Set up A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Collect, organize, and maintain customer data within Marketing Cloud
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
- Implement API integrations to connect SFMC with other systems, such as CRM and analytics platforms
- Automate workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve campaign delivery
- Generate detailed reports on campaign success, engagement metrics, and ROI
