Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Advanced knowledge of AMPscript , SSJS , SQL , and email design (HTML/CSS)
• Experience with marketing automation strategy and audience segmentation
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM and external systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging tools like Email Studio , Journey Builder , and Automation Studio
• Write and optimize AMPscript , SSJS , SQL , and HTML/CSS to support personalized, dynamic campaigns
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms for seamless data flow and performance tracking
• Define and implement marketing automation strategies, including segmentation, testing, and campaign performance monitoring
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain documentation and best practices to support scalability and maintainability

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications : Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or healthcare environment
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance in email marketing
