Summary
Join Borrowell as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to enhance member engagement and optimize user experience. You will lead marketing efforts across email, push notifications, and in-app notifications, managing the sales funnel. Responsibilities include developing and managing marketing campaigns, championing A/B testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building performance dashboards. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in email marketing, data analytics, and A/B testing, along with experience with enterprise-level email service providers. Requirements
- 2+ years experience in email management/testing, deployment, user segmentation, data analytics, and reporting
- Data & results driven. Relies on funnel & conversion analysis to make all recommendations and content improvements
- Test-savvy. Experience in running A/B and multivariate tests on content, design, and segmentation to optimize top-of-funnel performance
- Experience with enterprise-level email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze, etc.)
- Experience with email automation
- Adaptable & able to prioritize amongst multiple ongoing projects
- Knowledge of customer engagement, with experience in email best practices, as well as methods for testing and optimization
- Strong attention to detail & ability to think through complex problems
- Proven success in working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate ideas, collaborate on execution and report on results
Responsibilities
- Develop & manage email & in-app marketing campaigns to improve member onboarding, long-term engagement, and upsell/cross-sell to financial products. This includes end-to-end ownership in copywriting, email template development, journey mapping, deployment & reporting
- Champion A/B testing and multivariate testing efforts to uncover insights and optimize top-of-funnel performance
- Work with Product, Account Management, Data, Engineering & Design teams to promote new product/feature launches and develop dedicated user segments & journeys for said segments
- Build and track dashboards to identify performance trends & measure KPIs. Review insights and recommendations with the Lifecycle Team weekly & share external and senior stakeholders on a quarterly basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Looker, Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Basic understanding of SQL for audience segmentation, AMPscript/ Liquid for personalization
- Experience working in a scale-up environment
- French is an asset
