Requirements

  • 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience (and/or combined relevant experience) delivering Salesforce or technology projects in a consulting capacity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), data migrations, and integrations
  • Experience managing multi-phase, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to drive program-level strategy, governance, and risk mitigation
  • Strong background in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Drive program governance, risk management, and issue resolution while maintaining alignment with client goals
  • Collaborate closely with Engagement Directors, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts to execute strategy
  • Coordinate client communications and with Neocol team resources accordingly
  • Work with internal and Client team members to successfully achieve project objectives
  • Work with Neocol Project Managers to share resources across projects and maintain forecasts
  • Clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and an understanding of change management techniques and processes
  • Proper escalation and support provided for internal resource needs and oversight
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring program success and long-term client satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with client stakeholders
  • Lead program status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, AI integration, and efficiency improvements
  • Lead internal strategic initiatives, such as refining project delivery methodologies and best practices
  • Gain experience in business strategy, solution design, and account management, positioning yourself for the Principal Consultant role

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Billing Specialist
