Summary

The Quality Assurance Consultant will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans, executing tests, validating functionality, integrations, and user acceptance within the Salesforce ecosystem. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and ensure adherence to best practices in testing. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA, proficiency in creating test plans, extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, and experience with middleware tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices in an Agile environment
• Experience with middleware tooling: Mulesoft Composer, Mulesoft Anypoint, Workato
• Experience working with cloud providers like AWS, GCP and Azure
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Integrations, and Data Migrations to Salesforce) functionality, features, and limitations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Salesforce applications and features
• Conduct thorough validation of user stories, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify and resolve issues or bugs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a Salesforce consulting environment
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
