Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce
• 3+ Years of experience working in Salesforce CPQ implementations
• 3+ Years of experience working as a Consultant/Admin on Salesforce
• Salesforce Certifications
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional agile teams, providing direction and support to ensure the successful execution of Salesforce CPQ projects promoting good practices
• Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, actively managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in product definition and guide clients by offering added-value ideas in relation to Salesforce CPQ
• Assist in creating project plans and timelines, outlining the steps required for successful Salesforce CPQ implementation
• Provide guidance and recommendations on how Salesforce CPQ functionality can best align with and support clients' business goals
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the Salesforce CPQ implementation process
• Ensure the delivered Salesforce CPQ solutions meet high-quality standards
• Play a hands-on role in configuring, customizing, and integrating Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Develop new features either by using declarative or programming tools
• Set up Products, Price Books, and Price Book Entries
• Configure bundles (Features, Options, Option Constraints, Configuration Attributes) and Product Rules
• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ, offering advice and guidance to clients on optimizing their CPQ solutions
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable insights
• Provide mentorship to team members and conduct demos
