Summary
Join Serigor as a Salesforce Sales Director and focus on winning new clients through sales pipeline development, deal pursuit, and closure for cloud transformation. This customer-facing role requires partnering with Account Executives to sell Salesforce solutions to enterprise clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, building credibility to gain market share. The ideal candidate possesses successful sales experience in cloud transformation, a strong understanding of cloud providers, and the ability to build long-term relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a sales-driven environment with minimal distractions. The position is remote but requires availability for US shifts (EST).
Requirements
- True, and proven, sales hunter mentality; you relish the opportunity to identify target accounts, work the channels, and gain the opportunity to identify where we can add value, all the way through to closing the deal
- 10+ years of work experience as a Sales in IT / Digital transformation industry / IT services
- 3+ Years' experience in selling cloud transformation services
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform and Cloud solutions
- Proven track record in opening and winning business at new client's accounts and in winning new business from existing accounts
- Proven track record of successful deals in the $1m to $20m range
- Excellent communication skills, confidence and demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels including at the CxO level
- Consultative sales style, creative thinking with a pragmatic approach
- Analytical and keeps up to date with market and technology trends
- Results orientated and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Target accounts, identify and reach the correct contacts, and proficiently represent Serigor's value propositions in Cloud, specifically Salesforce related services to prospects and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and expectations. Partner with pre-sales teams to develop in-depth understanding of Serigor's products, related solutions and knowledge of Salesforce capabilities to craft client solutions to drive a successful sales engagement
- Build strong relationships with Salesforce account executives of assigned prospects and existing customers to build compelling win-win propositions with Salesforce
- Identify prospective clients and create a go-to-market plan for the must win and assigned clients
- Generate business from campaigns and plans to penetrate competition accounts, new accounts and build a platform to scale accounts into multimillion-dollar engagements
- Achieve net new revenue, profitability, collection targets and quarterly and annual targets
- Strive for maximum profitability within each sales opportunity
- Technical acumen blended with ability to communicate business value
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications and cloud related implementation experience will be considered beneficial
- Experience working in the Tele-Communications industry vertical is a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience in working or partnering with a top tier Consulting firm
- Strong network and relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem
