Summary

Join BeyondTrust's Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team as an experienced Agile Scrum Master. This critical role involves driving agile frameworks, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. You will champion agile methodologies, lead Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with business owners. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proven experience in delivering large-scale Salesforce projects. Requirements

  • Agile Expertise : At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with Salesforce
  • Leadership : Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. Experience in mentoring teams of varying maturity levels in adopting and sustaining agile practices
  • Collaboration : Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional team and Business Owners
  • Problem-Solving : A proactive mindset to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and develop practical solutions
  • Organization : Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuous Improvement : Passion for promoting agility, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation
  • Project Experience : Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale Salesforce enhancement projects
  • Tool Proficiency : Experience with Jira, Confluence agile management tools to track, report, and optimize team performance. Experience with Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Establish Agile Frameworks: Lead the implementation and scaling of Agile processes across the Salesforce CoE, tailoring practices to fit the team’s maturity and organizational needs while ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Facilitate Agile Practices : Lead Scrum ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives—while guiding teams in agile best practices
  • Support Project Execution : Collaborate with Business Owners to maintain and prioritize backlogs and setting up sprints
  • Drive Results : Monitor and report on sprint progress and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Remove Impediments : Act as a problem-solver, addressing roadblocks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure teams can focus on their work
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Foster communication and alignment among the CoE and Business Owners, to manage interdependencies and deliver seamless solutions
  • Mentor and Coach : Support team development by coaching on agile principles, fostering accountability, and encouraging innovative problem-solving
  • Owner Engagement : Serve as a liaison between CoE and Business Owners, ensuring transparency, alignment on goals, and timely communication of progress and risks
  • Continuous Improvement : Schedule/lead retrospectives and encourage iterative enhancements, driving team maturity and agility
  • Tools Management : Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure project visibility
  • Project Leadership : Develop and maintain project plans and performance metrics, ensuring milestones are met and value is delivered

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with Salesforce tools, development processes, and integrations is highly desirable
  • Certifications : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred
