Summary
Join Ciberspring, a global technology services company, as a Salesforce Solution Architect and contribute to designing and building solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will lead requirement gathering sessions, define and design comprehensive solutions, support project planning, identify technical risks, and lead configuration specialists and business analysts. You will also lead customers through design reviews, explain complex solutions to executives, participate in training sessions, and build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders. This role requires expertise in documenting business processes, designing scalable solutions, and leading functional and technical teams throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle. You should be proficient in defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce design deliverables. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential, along with experience in the consulting industry and working with IT infrastructure teams. Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator and Health Cloud) are required within 6 months of starting the role. Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience and exposure to Veeva products and integrations are preferred.
Requirements
- Expertise in documenting current state business processes, identifying gaps/areas for improvements, simplifying complex processes, as well as making recommendations for future state processes and system designs
- Ability to effectively design and configure scalable solutions to meet client business needs
- Leadership for the functional and technical teams through a full Salesforce project lifecycle
- Proficiently define business requirements, write user stories, functional requirements, and provide detailed Salesforce design deliverables (flows, ERDs, etc)
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and configuration specialists throughout the project lifecycle
- Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, ability to break build definition into achievable buckets of work
- Consulting industry experience
- Experience working with IT infrastructure teams and designing multiple integrations including email, SMS, telephony, and master data management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and client interaction skills
- Salesforce Certifications (a minimum of Advanced Administrator and Health Cloud certification within 6 months of starting role)
Responsibilities
- Lead detailed requirement gathering sessions with customers and work with the Ciberspring delivery team to ensure those requirements are documented and agreed to
- Navigate ideas from the whiteboard to polished business applications for our healthcare and life sciences customers
- Define, design, and drive the development of comprehensive solutions โ including all Salesforce components, data and application integration, and selection of third-party tools โ by coupling industry knowledge with technology understanding
- Support the Project Plan creation by detailing build steps and dependencies
- Identify and report technical risks to Project Manager
- Lead configuration specialists and business analysts in the documentation and creation of our solutions
- Lead customers through design reviews to refine and iterate on the solution design
- Effectively explain complex solutions to the C-level executives
- Participate in customer training sessions and other implementation activities to contribute to the overall project success across all deliverables
- Strategically build relationships with relevant customer sponsors and stakeholders within each project to actively identify and create future opportunities, references, and to develop a robust industry network for the organization
- Stay current with business challenges clients are facing, including new trends, market conditions, regulatory requirements and the competitive landscape
- Meet or exceed Ciberspringโs target defect rate
Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Veeva products and integrations is a plus
