Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, as a technical lead for designing and architecting solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud. You will develop cross-platform integrations, analyze customer requirements, and design data models for real-time, personalized customer engagement. Collaborate with development teams, conduct client workshops, and mentor junior consultants. Contribute to presales activities (optional). This role requires extensive Salesforce experience and strong technical skills.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud combined with practical experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP)
  • Deep knowledge of tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions and API-based integrations
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud especially in areas like data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, consent management and cross-channel activation
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies
  • Passion for innovation, data-driven marketing, and digital transformation

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead for designing and architecting solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Develop cross-platform integration concepts to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, analytics platforms)
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof solution architectures in close collaboration with development teams
  • Design data models, segmentation strategies, and activation logic within Salesforce Data Cloud to enable real-time, personalized customer engagement
  • Conduct workshops with clients, present architectural decisions, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem effectively
  • Mentor and support junior consultants in building their technical and platform knowledge
  • Optionally contribute to presales activities by evaluating technical feasibility and supporting proposal development

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally certified as a Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer or Data Cloud Accredited Professional
