Requirements

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (data structure, field management, reporting, automation)
  • Experience with HubSpot (or strong understanding of marketing automation platforms)
  • Strong data management skills (integration, syncing, deduplication)
  • Experience with sales quoting processes (CPQ, SKU management, pricing workflows)
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system workflows
  • 3–5 years working with Salesforce CRM, including data structuring, field mapping, deduplication, and workflow automation
  • 2–4 years of experience with HubSpot Marketing or Sales Hub, managing list segmentation, automation, and CRM sync
  • Strong understanding of lead management, scoring, and attribution tracking across sales and marketing platforms
  • Experience integrating and syncing data between Salesforce and HubSpot marketing automation platforms
  • 2–4 years of experience sourcing data from providers like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
  • Ability to apply filters for industry, job titles, company size, and other targeting criteria to generate high-quality lists
  • Expertise in data duplication strategies to maintain clean and accurate records before uploading to CRM or marketing platforms
  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations (RevOps) roles
  • Experience in aligning sales and marketing teams through structured data management and process optimization
  • Understanding of lead qualification processes and how data impacts pipeline and conversion rates

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data is structured correctly to support seamless lead tracking, sales processes, data analysis, and marketing automation
  • Manage field mapping, syncing rules, and automation between Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies
  • Own the Salesforce - HubSpot integration, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing data
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize workflows and reports
  • Set up and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign tracking across platforms
  • Source marketing lists from ZoomInfo or other data providers based on marketing’s criteria, including industry, job titles, and key specifics
  • Deduplicate against existing Salesforce and HubSpot records before accurately uploading data into the appropriate platform for marketing or sales use
  • Oversee CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes, ensuring SKUs and pricing data are structured correctly in Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate product catalogs, pricing, and discount structures within the CRM
  • Streamline the quoting workflow for sales teams
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline, conversion rates, and data accuracy
  • Automate data flows and sales processes to improve efficiency
  • Provide training and best practices to sales and marketing teams on system usage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator – Skills: CRM configuration, data integrity, and automation
  • Salesforce Data Architect – Advanced certification for data modeling, deduplication, and data flows between systems
  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification – Skills: list segmentation, deduplication, and campaign setup
  • HubSpot Operations Software Certification – Skills: on data syncing, automation, and integration with CRMs like Salesforce
