Join our team as a Salesforce Technical Assistant and play a key role in developing and enhancing our Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalization). A desire to exceed minimum project requirements and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficient in Salesforce-specific languages like Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Experience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python and Lightning Web Components
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL
  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You naturally have a strong desire to grow beyond managing minimum project requirements like tasks and timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Development: Utilize Apex for custom business logic, create sophisticated user interfaces with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, and maintain Aura Components
  • Database and Query Management: Employ SOQL and SOSL for efficient data querying and manipulation within the Salesforce environment
  • Front-End Development: Implement dynamic client-side scripting using JavaScript, along with HTML and CSS for designing and styling layouts
  • Integration and Optimization: Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with various business systems, focusing on data integrity and consistency
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring the stability and scalability of Salesforce applications
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various teams to understand their needs and translate these into effective, user-friendly Salesforce solutions
