Requirements

• Proven experience integrating SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and ServiceNow, especially in asset lifecycle management and SAP Asset Accounting or Logistics
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SCM), SAP Ariba (procurement, supplier management), and ServiceNow (ITSM, HAM)
• Knowledge of integration tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI, ServiceNow Integration Hub) and hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, scripting, and middleware for asset management integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for integration challenges
• Familiarity with IT asset management compliance, especially HAM
• Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technical needs
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
• Fluency in French (B2 or higher); additional EU languages are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, integration, and implementation of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SCM), and ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business needs
• Drive seamless integrations between ServiceNow and SAP systems, focusing on data synchronization for asset lifecycle management, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Design and optimize SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba solutions to support business processes and best practices
• Address and resolve integration challenges, monitor performance, and optimize workflows for service and asset management
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, conduct system testing, and ensure quality assurance for integrations and enhancements
• Provide training and support for smooth adoption of solutions while managing projects from design to post-implementation
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security policies, compliance standards, and asset management best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (ServiceNow System Administrator, Flow Designer, HAM CIS, SAP modules FI, MM, SCM)
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle best practices and ITIL processes
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms like SAP CPI and large-scale HAM programs
