Summary

Join the Enterprise Product SAP S/4 Finance Solutions Team at NBCUniversal as a Sr. Product Analyst. You will contribute to NBCU’s Finance Transformation (Project Keystone) by performing SAP Core Finance Management activities. Responsibilities include designing and implementing SAP solutions, collaborating with business users, developing roadmaps for e-invoicing and e-reporting, and ensuring optimal system utilization. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves managing projects, troubleshooting integrations, and communicating technical concepts effectively. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of progressive hands-on SAP experience (ECC and S/4) with a strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to NBCUniversal business operations
• Experience with e-invoicing and e-reporting implementations across PTP and OTC workstreams using SaaS solutions, SAP E-Doc, and SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC)
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects across multiple modules
• Expertise in various SAP configuration, customization, and development (ECC and S/4)
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and data migration strategies
• Knowledge in SAP table structures, queries, report painter and report writers
• Basic knowledge of BW and SAP Security
• Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience with project management processes, SDLC, Agile, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
• Adherence to IT/SAP project methodologies and change control processes
• Ability to work independently to prioritize workload and to work well under pressure to deliver effective solutions often within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative business decisions
• Strong understanding of financial systems, processes and enhancements
• Experience working for a large company and within a matrix organization
• Established expertise in financial operations, financial controls, GAAP accounting, financial reporting, and financial systems

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the SAP Core Finance workstreams (RTR, PTP, OTC) by designing, configuring, and implementing functionality for Domestic and International processes, including regulatory electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) and digital reporting (e-reporting) requirements
• Collaborate with engagement team and business users to understand their needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications and user guides for SAP solutions
• Develop roadmap for e-invoicing, tax compliance and e-reporting based on regulatory and country mandates
• Develop detailed solutions including data models, workflows, integrations, and system configurations to address business requirements
• Implement country specific tax and electronic invoicing (E-invoicing) solutions for Accounts payable, Accounts receivable solution for SAP and non-SAP Systems including design of integration and data harmonization approach
• Possess in-depth knowledge of various SAP modules like Finance GL, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, and expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and best practices
• Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and functional team members
• Partner with technology teams to ensure business requirements are developed, validated and system development goals are achieved
• Design and implement integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems
• Review and participate in testing activities (unit, SIT, functional, UAT) to ensure quality of developed solutions
• Develop innovative solutions that enable achievement of strategic goals and vision, leveraging your deep understanding of enterprise architecture, and your knowledge of the latest technologies and trends
• Manage and guide the organization through technological changes, ensuring minimal disruption
• Understand and manage the financial implications of architectural decisions, optimizing for cost-effectiveness
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to business users and stakeholders, manage expectations, and build consensus on solutions
• Manage small and medium size projects to ensure they are successfully delivered on time and on budget
• Troubleshoot and oversee complex integrations between SAP and other source systems
• Oversee the technical model of data flows and integrations and its connections within the enterprise and leverage best practices in integrations and API’s to deliver and manage integrations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or other professional project management certification
• Experience using integration tools: Gentran Integration Suite (GIS)/Sterling Integrator, Tibco, Informatica, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP API Gateway
• SAP BTP and Clean Core Concepts
• Certified Public Account or Equivalent
• Experience in SaaS products or another ERP
• Experience implementing financial processes and systems
• Experienced using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Experience using systems designed to manage projects, issues, changes and testing (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, HPALM, Worksoft)
