SAP Practice Leader

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Practice Leader to join our team at M&S Consulting. This role requires 10+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, strong leadership skills, proven ability to sell SAP services, experience in forming partnerships with SAP and other partners, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, with a strong track record of leadership and business development
• Relationships: Deep level relationships and networks within the SAP community
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify and sell SAP services to prospective clients
• Partnerships: Experience in formulating and driving partnerships with SAP and other relevant partners
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow and develop team members
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the SAP practice, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem. Develop and grow strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Partnerships: Formulate and drive forward partnerships with SAP, plug-in platform vendors, and other SAP partners to enhance our service offerings and market presence
• Team Development: Grow and develop the SAP team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, certifications, and professional development
• Sales: Lead the effort in selling SAP services to prospective and existing clients, including developing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the SAP ecosystem, ensuring our practice remains at the forefront of industry innovation
