Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant! This varied role involves managing national and international projects, advising clients on the entire SAP SuccessFactors product portfolio, and leading implementation projects from conception to completion. You will conduct Fit2Standard workshops, support project teams in concept creation, and manage stakeholders. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, project management experience, and at least 3 SuccessFactors certifications (including one professional level). Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Professional experience in implementation projects as a (sub-)project manager
• At least 3 certificates, incl. 1 professional level, in SAP SuccessFactor
• Know-How of the whole product portfolio and their roadmap
• Strong communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

• Design SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects - from conception to implementation of the system configuration
• Lead Fit2Standard workshops to specify the desired innovations or new release functions
• Support project teams in the creation of concepts and architectures in the area of SuccessFactors
• Assume independent tasks (e.g., as sub-project manager) as well as prepare and follow up on project meetings and workshops
• Steer the different stakeholders in the project; manage relationships with customers
