Summary

Join our team as a SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist and take over functional responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactor modules in national and international projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors and in implementation projects
• Professional experience in the implementation and configuration of different modules in SAP SuccessFactors
• Familiar with HR processes, ideally with Austrian specifics
• Various SAP SF certifications especially in REC. LMS, PMGM is a plus
• Strong communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

• Support of project teams in the creation of concepts and architectures in the area of SuccessFactors
• Execution of necessary configurations in SucessFactors according to the concept
• Cooperation in customer workshops and the preparation of results
• Participation in Fit2Standard workshops to specify the desired innovations or new release functions
