SAP Test Manager

Summary

Join Nagarro's global SAP business unit as a SAP senior test manager to lead testing activities, consult clients on quality and test management, and design project-specific test strategies.

Requirements

• Technical or scientific background, preferably with a degree in a relevant field e.g. information technology or business science
• At least 3 years experience in testing and test coordination in SAP projects, especially in SAP S4/HANA Greenfield and Conversion projects
• Knowledge of test tools (not a specific one necessary) and methods, such as Atlassian Jira in combination with the add-on Xray, SAP Solution Manager, and ISTQB standards
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
• Agile mindset and a never-stop-learning mentality
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification is desirable, as well as training experience in quality assurance
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities related to the implementation of SAP solutions
• Consult clients on quality and test management, both in classical and agile approaches
• Lead test manager teams
• Design project-specific test strategies for SAP modules, considering efficiency and risk factors
• Manage the entire test process and ensure quality assurance
• Create test plans, test concepts, and test cases and analyze as well as resolve test issues and defects
• Coordinate test execution on different test levels, such as integration, end-to-end, and acceptance tests
• Report test results and present them to project leaders and clients
• Lead and guide testers and test teams, both internally and externally
• Apply appropriate test measurements and metrics for the product and the test team
• Support in presales activities
