Remote Scheduler, Gas Utility Projects

Summary

Join our team as a Scheduler in the Program Management division, working on Gas Utility capital projects. This hybrid position can be remote or based at our Client's office in Orange, Connecticut.

Requirements

• Associate degree in project management or related field
• Preference will be given to candidates with Certified Assistant Project Manager (CAPM) certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of scheduling experience
• Experience in civil and/or utility projects
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment
• Experience with Primavera/P6 and/or MS Project Intermediate or higher knowledge level of Excel SAP
• Experience High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain project schedules through project close-out
• Monitor project performance and report on various project metrics including; risk assessment, SPI, CPI & EVM, critical path, etc
• Verify accuracy of cost information – including confirmation that costs have been properly coded and allocated to the project budget
• Prepare needed regulatory reporting and status reports Interaction and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
