Scheduler

Summary

The job is for a remote Scheduler for a data collection project in Mexico, lasting around 10-12 weeks. The role involves scheduling participants, communicating with them, and handling logistics. The ideal candidate should have fluency in Spanish, excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Requirements

• Idiomatic fluency in Spanish (Mexico)
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Computer competency for data entry and the creation of reports and schedules
• Experience working as a company team member
• Resilient personality; must look for opportunities to adjust through applied feedback, and must be able to shift focuses quickly
• Must possess outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills including phone, email and electronic media communications
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Clerical or administrative experience, a plus
• Ability to manage multiple calls
• Excellent Multitasker
• Availability to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Scheduling participants for a session time
• Communicating changes to participants
• Acting as Liaison between participants and Project manager
• Resolving scheduling conflicts as they occur

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a call center or handling a high volume of calls, a plus
