Scraping & Automation Developer

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or JavaScript
• Deep knowledge of specific libraries and frameworks for web scraping and automation, such as BeautifulSoup and Scrapy in Python or Puppeteer in JavaScript
• Proficiency in interacting with APIs and websites using HTTP requests
• Proficiency in data cleaning and transformation for information processing
• Proficiency in handling cookies and sessions
• Previuos experience with PHP
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques, including Selenium for web browser automation and scripting tools
• Familiarity with working with proxies and solving CAPTCHA challenges
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and skill development to stay up-to-date
• Strong knowledge of The HTML DOM (Document Object Model) and how to interact with it
• Good knowledge of LAMP environment using Docker
• Comfortable with SOLID principles and clean code
• Working knowledge of source control tools (Git)
• Ability to work well under time constraints and self-learning capabilities

• Produce highly scalable, high-quality software in a fast-paced environment
• Find innovative solutions to challenging problems
• Improve performance, scalability, and availability of our internal systems
• Create tools and processes to increase the productivity of all your co-workers
• Diagnose and debug issues in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• NoSQL Databases (Redis, MongoDB, Elastic)
• Unit Testing
• Experience with AWS
• Other scripting languages (Typescript, Ruby, Go)
