Growth Marketing Coordinator

Summary

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role (agency experience is a plus)
• Experience working with inbound go-to-market (GTM) strategies is a must
• Proficient in HubSpot’s marketing automation and sales tools
• Experience with data enrichment and web scraping tools
• Knowledge of managing paid social and search campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling messages

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and improve inbound conversion rates from paid channels
• Ensure seamless handoff of marketing qualified leads to the sales team
• Develop and execute strategies to nurture inbound leads into signups and MQLs
• Manage Givebutter’s bi-weekly marketing newsletter, creating engaged customers
• Leverage data enrichment and AI tools to enhance email campaigns and streamline marketing processes
