Requirements

- Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Experience or certification in at least one recognised project management methodology e.g. PRINCE2
- A recognised Scrum Master certification
- Qualified to degree level (or equivalent)
- Ability to build productive stakeholder relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills and the confidence to present to senior client personnel
- Fully mobile across the UK
- A passion for Agile ways of working with teams and with your clients
- A track record of continued and recent education in Scrum, including training, conference attendance, user groups, and self-study
- Experience in providing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team
- Excellent skills and knowledge of collaborative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of the patterns and techniques used in an Agile project e.g. burndown metrics, backlog tracking, velocity, task definition, retrospectives and defect management
- Demonstrable experience in managing bespoke software and/or Digital Development/Experience Design projects/implementation and integration projects, from inception through to delivery
Responsibilities

- Build productive stakeholder relationships
- Present to senior client personnel
- Work within an agile context with the use of CI (continuous improvement)
- Articulate a logical design, and understand how this translates to physical infrastructure
- Define and work with the constraint of NFRs such as cost, scalability, availability
