Summary
Join Version 1, a leading technology services company, as an experienced Scrum Master to contribute to our growth in business consulting. You will leverage your software development background and agile expertise to manage Scrum teams, guide Agile/Scrum practices, and ensure successful project delivery. This role demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and budget management skills. You will be responsible for product backlog management and reporting to clients. Requirements
- Have at least 3-5 years’ experience in agile development /SCRUM Master/Agile Team Management
- Be experienced in full development project life cycle implementations and have experience working with a relevant methodology
- Possess excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills
- Have the ability to deal with all levels of a client organisation and an ability to manage scope, RAID, resources and budget delivering projects to achieve their intended business outcomes
- Be a team player and self-motivated, demonstrate a strong customer-centric ethos and an ability to develop strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and ensure their needs are met
- Have overall strong Project Management capabilities
- Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Have experience in budget management, commercial and Customer experience
- Have experience in Full SDLC, ideally in a Microsoft development environment
- Be an excellent team motivator
- Have a proven track record in successfully delivery fixed price engagements
- Have experience in using standard Project Management and MS Office tools incl. MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio
- Have excellent organization and communication skills
- Have excellent command of English
- Have a strong interest in developing PM Capability solutions and methodologies
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Manage a SCRUM development team
- Manage product backlog and report regularly to the client
- Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Have familiarity with Agile methodology
- Have PMP Certification
