Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Experience managing software development teams with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with large-scale and web-based software
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM I (Professional Scrum Master level I) or equivalent
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and facilitates all Scrum team ceremonies
  • Tracks down the progress of activities in daily meeting
  • Operates on team impediments to keep productivity high
  • Evaluates process improvement opportunities based on own experience, team suggestions and from outcomes of sprint retrospectives
  • Reports delivery results, quality, deadlines and cost along client's management through indicators and graphics
  • Makes sure that the scope defined by the Product Owner is delivered with high quality
  • Promotes the development of team members
  • Maintains a collaborative spirit and mediates conflict situations
  • Reports overall results to Ben Fatto managers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Great communication, teamwork, negotiation, persuasion, follow-up and conflict management skills
  • Experience in making reports and presentations to Senior Managements and directors
  • Experience in data collection and analysis, and executive summary generation
  • Experience leading remote groups
  • Experience applying and monitoring metrics for the evolution of teams (burndown, velocity, lead time, cycle time)
  • Agile methodologies knowledge and the ability to adapt them to individual needs of the team and/or the organization
  • Macro viewing capability
  • Flexibility and tolerance to understand cultural differences among countries
  • Time flexibility (office hours are the expected work time, but meetings with people from different time zones like India might occur)
