Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Information Systems, Industrial engineering, Process engineering, Administration or similar
• At least 8-10 years of experience
• Strong background in Scrum Scrum Master and Project Management
• Experience delivering projects on ServiceNow Platform
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules ( ITSM, ITOM, CSM, LSD, HRC, IRM, SecOps etc.)
• Familiar with Scrum and Development Lifecycle
• Experience in agile frameworks
• Certificate in Scrum/SaFe Methodology

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with clients by assessing their needs, identifying their requirements, and developing cohesive projects that improve their business operations with more efficient procedures and systems
• Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined and achievable
• Oversee project timelines ensuring all milestones are met within the specified timeframes

Preferred Qualifications

Strong background in Scrum CX-Scrum Master Agile PLM and MS Project
