Scrum Master

Summary

Join Brillio, a rapidly growing digital technology services provider, as a Scrum Master! This 6-month remote position (preferred CST/PST) requires 3+ years of project/program delivery and scrum master experience leading agile delivery, including managing project financials. You will coordinate sprints, facilitate communication, work with product owners, and possess excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques. Scrum master certification is a plus, and experience with Zuora, Blackline, or Netsuite is beneficial but not required. Brillio offers a competitive hourly rate of $50-$55.

Requirements

• 3 years of project / program delivery
• 3 years of experience as a scrum master leading agile delivery
• Experience in managing project / program financials
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
• Communicate and align product vision with cross-functional teams, ensuring shared understanding and focus on customer needs and business objectives
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, gathering feedback and addressing any potential concerns
• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on high-value work
• Make informed trade-off decisions based on business priorities, customer impact, and technical constraints
• Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and ensure alignment on deliverables
• Oversee product releases, manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and gather end-user feedback to drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum master certification
• Experience with Zuora, Blackline, or Netsuite
