Scrum Master

Summary

Join Superformula, a fully remote digital consultancy, as a Scrum Master to lead and mentor agile development teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams to improve collaboration and self-management. This role requires experience in agile methodologies, project management, and systems integration. You will work with cross-functional teams on major technology projects, providing dashboard reporting and championing agile values and practices. Requirements

• 4+ years of Practicing Agile Scrum Master experience
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge in systems integration and management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Expertise in Jira

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and champion the agile methodology by coaching and mentoring development teams and promoting the use of standards and best practices
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-management, promoting healthy interactions both within the team and with external stakeholders
• Help manage risks and dependencies
• Provide Dashboard reporting to PO for bi-monthly Business Product Updates meeting as required
• Facilitates the identification and removal of impediments to the team’s progress and focus on eliminating waste and delays
• As a servant leader, promotes adoption of an agile mindset through teaching, mentoring, and coaching
• Ensures the team is utilizing Scrum/SAFe ceremonies effectively to maximize value delivery and facilitates Scrum ceremonies
• Escalate and track impediments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred
