Summary

Join Data Ideology as a Contract Scrum Master and act as a servant leader, coaching Agile teams in a SAFe environment. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and foster collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments, and strong knowledge of SAFe principles. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are essential, along with familiarity with Agile tools. This remote position offers flexible hours and requires strong problem-solving abilities. Data and healthcare experience are a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices
• Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile tools and practices (Azure DevOps, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Lead/Coach the implementation and understanding of the Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across teams and departments
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (PI Planning, ART Sync, Daily Stand-up/Team Sync, Sprint/Iteration Planning, Review, and Retrospective) to ensure communication and alignment across the team
• Promote and support the continuous improvement of the team's processes
• Work closely with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams to ensure alignment with SAFe principles
• Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, encouraging a culture of transparency and open communication
• Support the resolution of impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage team dependencies by working with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to identify and to ensure smooth delivery of features and capabilities
• Define and track key Agile metrics to measure team performance and project success

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Scrum Master certification (SSM) or equivalent
• Data and Analytics experience
• Healthcare experience
