Summary

The job is for a Scrum Master at Development InfoStructure LLC (DEVIS). Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner, or other relevant Agile certifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with experience managing multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Extensive demonstrated experience with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide and coach two teams on Agile and Scrum practices to ensure efficient delivery of projects
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes to improve productivity and quality
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress for the development teams
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the teams
• Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment
• Monitor and report team performance metrics and progress to management and other stakeholders
• Facilitate the integration of Agile practices and values across the organization
• Provide mentorship and training to team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Healthcare IT field, CMS in particular, is a plus
• Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
