Join ALTER SOLUTIONS! We're looking for a Scrum Master to join our team developing a retail banking system. As a Scrum Master, you'll work on projects related to security, UX modifications, and AWS cloud. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and participate in innovative projects.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master, especially in teams developing banking systems
• Knowledge of team development phases (forming, storming, norming, performing) and ability to adjust management style accordingly
• Ability to optimize team value through backlog management and removing obstacles
• Experience working with quality control teams, especially in the IT department
• Knowledge of moderation methods and techniques, as well as leading creative workshops (Design Thinking, Event Storming)
• Higher education in the IT industry or related field

Responsibilities

• Work in a team developing a retail banking system
• Collaborate on projects related to security, UX modifications, and AWS cloud
• Have the opportunity to develop your skills and participate in innovative projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications confirming Scrum Master qualifications (CSM, PSM)
• Experience working in a banking or financial environment
• Knowledge of tools supporting remote work and project management (Redmine, miro)
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical and organizational problems
• Leadership and mentoring skills
