Summary

The job is for a remote Scrum Master position at DoraTeam, focusing on managing engineering teams and facilitating communication between them. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role at reputable companies or startups
• Engineering team management experience required
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must

Responsibilities

• Using Scrumban methodology and practices to plan and deliver solutions
• Facilitating communication between the engineering team and other teams
• Cooperating with recruiter in screening and hiring engineering and product teams
• Training, mentoring, and supporting engineering teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
• Managing bug bounties, and satellite products and tools, such as forums, analytics, etc
• Responsible for server maintenance and security engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong software development background preferred
• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred
