Summary
The job posting is for a future Scrum Master position at Droids on Roids. The role involves applying Scrum methodologies to produce high-quality work and ensuring the team stays focused on goals. Requirements include at least 2 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master, knowledge about Agile software development methodologies, practical experience with product delivery in Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Polish, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred requirements include PSM I, PSM II certificate, passion for new technologies, high motivation and self-drive for learning, the ability to obtain and share knowledge with others, and being willing to work remotely.
Requirements
- At least 2 year of commercial experience as a Scrum Master
- Theoretical and practical knowledge about Agile software development methodologies, values, and processes
- Practical experience with product delivery in Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to receive and give feedback
- Collaborative approach for driving decisions
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work on a daily basis with international clients and teams
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile principles and the Scrum framework to bring value to client
- Promote and support Agile practices within the organization
- Organize and facilitate Scrum events including sprint planning sessions, backlog refinements, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
- Identify and help to remove impediments
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Ensure cross-team coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- PSM I, PSM II certificate
