Summary
Join Streamline as a remote Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams, coordinate releases, and ensure adherence to Agile principles in our dynamic work environment. Ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role, proficient in Agile and Kanban frameworks, and familiar with tools like ServiceNow, PIER, PowerBI, JIRA Service Desk, ETS JIRA, and ETS Confluence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile and Kanban frameworks
- Proficiency in release coordination and planning
- Expertise in triaging issues and managing priorities effectively
- Change management skills to guide teams through transitions
- In-depth knowledge of Agile-related tools such as ServiceNow, PIER, PowerBI, JIRA Service Desk, ETS JIRA, and ETS Confluence
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, ensuring they adhere to Agile and Kanban principles
- Oversee the planning and execution of releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Facilitate the triaging of issues and prioritize them effectively to maintain a streamlined workflow
- Drive the adoption of Agile practices and help teams adapt to change while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing work
- Utilize your expertise in tools such as ServiceNow, PIER, PowerBI, JIRA Service Desk, ETS JIRA, and ETS Confluence to enhance team productivity and collaboration
- Track and communicate team commitments, velocity, and sprint/release progress
- Remove or escalate team impediments that jeopardize sprint goals and facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
- Coach, train, and support other Scrum Masters within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure development teams are practicing Agile principles, promote self-organization, and support the Product Team and Product Owner
- Identify and suggest measurable improvements for the team(s) and contribute to the betterment of the product backlog
- Promote internal and external communications, improving transparency, and radiating information to all stakeholders
- Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices
- Facilitate value-based prioritization and resolution for new stories
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types, and support the Product Owner and Project Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with customer success is a plus
- Familiarity with Mobile Iron or mobile device management is a plus
