Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and/or managing DevOps/DevSecOps projects
• 5 years of experience with executing and/or managing in accordance with agile program management principles
• US Citizen and an active Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Leveraging short iterations and Agile ceremonies to manage work and deliver capabilities in small and frequent batches
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement
• Implementing agile best practices and frameworks to enhance team performance
• Designing and implementing platform architecture according to best practices and standards, ensuring repeatable deployments across various environments (dev, test, prod) and enclaves (IL5, IL6, TS)
• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipeline best practices and standards, supporting automated deployments
• Selecting appropriate technologies approved for DoD environments and integrate them into the architecture
• Proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and enhancing system architecture for optimal performance
• Conveying engineering best practices clearly to diverse groups of individuals
