Summary

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and manage DevOps/DevSecOps projects. The position requires a deep understanding of agile principles, excellent leadership skills, and experience with executing and managing projects according to agile program management principles. The role will be primarily remote with occasional support in Tampa, FL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and/or managing DevOps/DevSecOps projects
• 5 years of experience with executing and/or managing in accordance with agile program management principles
• US Citizen and an active Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Leverage short iterations and Agile ceremonies to manage work and deliver capabilities in small and frequent batches
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement
• Implement agile best practices and frameworks to enhance team performance
• Design and implement platform architecture according to best practices and standards, ensuring repeatable deployments across various environments (dev, test, prod) and enclaves (IL5, IL6, TS)
• Design and implement CI/CD pipeline best practices and standards, supporting automated deployments
• Select appropriate technologies approved for DoD environments and integrate them into the architecture
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and enhance system architecture for optimal performance
• Convey engineering best practices clearly to diverse groups of individuals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Web Services and working in classified AWS regions
• Previous experience working in a DoD software factory such as Kessel Run, Platform One, Kobayashi Maru, BESPIN, etc
• Certification in cloud architecture with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification

Benefits

• This position is located in Tampa, FL and will require a minimum of 3 days a week in-person
• The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $135,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset
